Worry-Free Returns

We understand that sometimes clothes don't fit you or you might change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient return policy.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return: Please contact our customer service by email at info@emilyboston.com or by phone at +1 (480) 400-7872 to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Download the return form : On our return form You will also find the return address.
  3. Return Packaging: Securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging. Enclose the completed packing slip and the return form with the RAN clearly marked.
  4. Shipping: Please send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Who is responsible for the return costs?

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrectly delivered item, damaged or defective product).
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. size exchange, change of mind). Please note that return shipping costs may be $55.5 or more as all returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.
  • Emily Boston does not charge any additional return costs.

Refunds

  • Once we have received the returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds can take up to 14 days.


Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or without original tags.
