Worry-Free Returns
We understand that sometimes clothes don't fit you or you might change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient return policy.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached.
Return Process
- To initiate a return: Please contact our customer service by email at info@emilyboston.com or by phone at +1 (480) 400-7872 to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Download the return form : On our return form You will also find the return address.
- Return Packaging: Securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging. Enclose the completed packing slip and the return form with the RAN clearly marked.
- Shipping: Please send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
- We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrectly delivered item, damaged or defective product).
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. size exchange, change of mind). Please note that return shipping costs may be $55.5 or more as all returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.
- Emily Boston does not charge any additional return costs.
Refunds
- Once we have received the returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds can take up to 14 days.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or without original tags.
